BBA is excited to announce our collaboration on the HyProMag USA bankable feasibility study.

Our team at BBA USA Inc. has been engaged by CoTec and Mkango, in collaboration with PegasusTSI in Tampa, Florida, to perform a feasibility study. This study aims to engineer, define and design a rare earth element (REE) magnet recycling processing plant and collection facilities in the USA.

   1. BBA's primary responsibilities include overall project management, technology transfer, process design, equipment definition support and additional consultancy services. These efforts will be directed toward advancing the project to a stage where investment decisions and project implementation can proceed.

We’re thrilled to be contributing to a project that has the potential of providing the United States with a sustainable, long-term domestic source of neodymium/iron/boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets. This will help create secure, low-carbon and traceable rare-earth supply chains. The ongoing feasibility study will play an instrumental role for CoTec and Mkango’s joint decision to move into the construction phase.
