BBA Welcomes Assistance Système LD to its Team of Experts

Mont-Saint-Hilaire, February 6, 2017 – BBA is proud to welcome to its team the experts from Assistance Système LD, a Québec firm of DCS experts specialized in console migration (HMI).

“This alliance with Assistance Système LD will allow BBA to offer its clients a wider range of control platforms,” says André Allaire, President of BBA. “The acquisition will help us enrich our portfolio in Automation, whether through PLC, HMI, SCADA or DCS systems, and expand our North American and international clientele, while ensuring our strategic diversification.”

Founded in 1988, Assistance Système LD was established in Boucherville on the South Shore of Montréal. In the past few weeks, all employees from the company have joined the BBA team.

Thanks to this addition, BBA can now count on a team of almost 550 professionals to serve its clients and carry out mandates at the local, national and international levels.
