She’ll be based in Calgary and will be instrumental in driving BBA’s growth and visibility in Alberta and across Western Canada. 1. Debbie holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and has 20 years of strategic and project development experience in the oil and gas industry. She is a strategic change catalyst and collaboration expert, adept at balancing the interests of different stakeholders, including innovators, governments, producers and midstreamers, and academic and research institutes. “Debbie has a broad range of upstream, midstream and downstream experience and specifically innovation experience from her role as Strategic Connector and Integrator with the Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN),” says Vice-President of Decarbonization, Energy and Chemical Processes Stéphane Charest. “She already has many of the assets to thrive, both internally with BBA and externally with our partners and clients.” The oil and gas industry has been in transition for several years, and as an energy expert, BBA strives to be a partner of choice in helping companies develop innovative solutions. Matt has more than 10 years of experience in various project execution and business development roles within Alberta’s utilities and energy industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Fredericton.
