BBA Acquires Biofilia Inc., an Environmental Consulting Firm

By joining forces with Biofilia, BBA will be able to more fully advise its clients in the strategic planning and implementation of their projects to optimize environmental performance. “This alliance is the result of a shared vision: to play an instrumental role in developing technological solutions for the worldwide challenge of protecting the environment in a context of sustainable development,” explains André Allaire, President of BBA. “This partnership confirms BBA’s intent to be a firm that fosters environmental stewardship in all facets of its business.”

One of the founders of Biofilia, Vincent Clément, adds, “This synergy between the environment and engineering marks the beginning of a new chapter. With this new acquisition, BBA will now have a new office in Labelle in the Laurentians.
