BBA continues its Western Canada expansion with a new office in Terrace

BBA is proud to announce that it is opening an office this fall in Terrace, British Columbia. Although it has become a national firm over the years, BBA has always felt it important to stay close to client operations. Being on site allows its experts to gain valuable experience and knowledge that help them provide clients with tailored solutions.

“By opening a second office in British Columbia, we’ll be able to assist our clients even more closely in the northwestern region of the province, including Rio Tinto Alcan, Coast Mountain Hydro, BC Hydro and Pretivm,” states Christophe Desage, Executive Director – Western Canada Operations. “It will allow us to actively support strategic projects locally by offering high-calibre expertise and field experience.”

François Chapados, who is also the Vancouver office director, will manage this office with support from Yann Maury, Department Manager, Field Services. The Terrace office will house about a dozen employees specialized in field services and the environment; they will team up with BBA’s 125 members in Western Canada who currently work in the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver offices.
