He’ll lead the creation and rollout of BBA’s new national environmental services business unit. 1. This appointment reflects the continued strategic growth of our environmental consulting practice, which has gained momentum with the recent acquisitions of [Groupe Synergis](https://synergis.ca/) and [CPP Environmental](https://www.cppenv.ca/). These two well-respected firms significantly enhance the depth and reach of our service offering, now supported by a team of more than 180 environmental professionals across Canada. Recognizing that environmental consulting involves its own field realities and distinct practices compared to engineering, BBA is establishing a dedicated, structured framework tailored to this area of practice. *“We want to provide our environmental professionals with what they need to go further—specialized tools, room for innovation and a work environment that supports professional growth. Frédéric will continue to serve as Vice-President, Eastern Canada Operations, until a successor is appointed, to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition.
