Deep Sky Labs carbon removal innovation and commercialization centre

BBA is proud to be working on Deep Sky Labs, a carbon removal innovation and commercialization centre.

Construction will begin very soon in Innisfail, Alberta, with BBA and Deep Sky working together on site engineering and design, with our Advanced Fuels and Chemicals group taking the lead.

1. The facility will be operational by this winter and aims to remove up to 30,000 tonnes of carbon from the air over a 10-year period, with potential for future expansion. This project marks a groundbreaking initiative in the private sector for scalable carbon dioxide removal.
