BBA is strengthening its leadership structure in Eastern Canada

  • Noticias

BBA is updating its governance structure in Eastern Canada to support growth and remain close to its teams and clients. To achieve this, the Eastern Canada Vice-Presidency has been split into two, allowing us to better adapt to diverse markets and the operational realities of the regions we serve.

  1. Catherine Tremblay will take on the role of Vice-President, Operations – Greater Montréal and Abitibi

Catherine Tremblay is joining BBA as Vice-President, Operations – Greater Montréal and Abitibi. She comes to us from AtkinsRéalis, where she held several leadership roles, including Vice-President – Transportation Agencies for the past five years.

With 28 years of experience in consulting engineering, Catherine’s recognized for her strong business acumen, inspiring leadership, exceptional communication skills and ability to drive performance within complex organizations. Throughout her career, she’s led large teams, supported business development and guided the growth and transformation of major operations.

In her new role, Catherine will strengthen BBA's operational execution in Greater Montréal and Abitibi while advancing strategic business development and overall performance.

  2. Jérôme Pilon appointed Vice-President, Operations – Eastern Québec and the Maritimes

BBA is also announcing the appointment of Jérôme Pilon as Vice-President, Operations – Eastern Québec and the Maritimes.

Jérôme’s been with BBA since 2007 and has in-depth knowledge of the firm’s culture, business model and operations. He’s stood out for his hands-on leadership, first as Office Director in Labrador City and later in Québec City, where he played a key role in the region's growth and development.

Known for building strong relationships with teams and clients, Jérôme now manages major client accounts and actively contributes to expanding BBA's operations in Eastern Canada. His in-depth understanding of the organization and regional development strategy is a major asset in ensuring continuity and supporting our teams.

  3. Complementary leadership driving growth

“This evolution directly reflects our growth and the increasing complexity of our operations. By investing in complementary leadership that’s deeply rooted in regional realities, we’re giving ourselves the means to support our teams, better serve our clients and continue developing sustainably,” says Martin Milot, BBA's Chief Operating Officer.

In their new roles, Catherine Tremblay and Jérôme Pilon will work together closely to lead BBA's operations in Eastern Canada.
